Some SSM favorites include the Queso Fundito Dip (melted cheese dip with roasted poblano “rajas”, pico de gallo, smoked paprika and flour tortillas), Chimichurri Steak (served with a really fun take on au gratin potatoes), and the Watermelon Bliss drink (Corazon Blanco tequila, Tres Agaves organic agave nectar, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, watermelon, cucumber)!
